A discontinued model made for the Japanese domestic market, this Jazzmaster has been thoroughly upgraded, with Lollar ‘58 Jazzmaster pickups, a Mastery M2 bridge and OMV vibrato, a wiring harness with CTS pots and cloth-covered leads, and a mint green pickguard and all control cavities fully shielded with copper tape.

Weighing 8lbs 3oz, tonewoods include an alder body, maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. The Lollar Original ‘58 Jazzmasters are based on the classic pickups found in Jason Lollar’s Jazzmaster, offering clear treble sparkle, thick, percussive lows and a particularly articulate midrange. Additionally, warmer, wooly sounds can be accessed via the Rhythm Circuit on the guitar's lower body horn. This Jazzmaster has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 11-49 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
