Pettyjohn Electronics Merica Overdrive/Distortion (Bluesbreaker/Rat) - 2025, Limited Run!

Up for sale is a Pettyjohn Electronics Merica overdrive/distortion pedal, one of a very limited run for July 4th, 2025. Fully functioning and sounds great with minimal cosmetic wear (one very small surface level nick in the back finish, pictured.) Here's what Pettyjohn has to say about the pedal:

Nate described it as a Blues Breaker (4 silicon clipping diodes) pushing into a modified FAT RAT mod from the ROUS. The fat rat mod has D14 (technically from the USSR) and D9E (of Klon lore) and a couple other NOS silicon diodes. Basically it’s an outrageous combo of 10 rare diodes cascaded in multiple clipping arrays that somehow blend smooth touch sensitive overdrive with harmonically-rich distortion and even an edge of germanium fuzz depending on what you hit it with. Each section of EQ and gain has its own little sonic world to explore. I think there are about 5 unique gain settings on this thing that really pull something different, truly versatile and a fission of flavors, like our great country! It goes from smooth to un-apologetically aggressive, possibly the widest range of dirt we ever did hear around here, plus it seems to stack great too! I'd call this the most "amp-like" of any CORE pedals we have made but its not really like one amp, just feels amp like, while sounding like all sorts of classic recordings. 50 out of 50 stars, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
