This is like new or I’ll say new. I bought it to put in a custom made acoustic that has a dragon flying up the neck. I couldn’t bring myself to cut into the body to install. It is easy in a sense that there are 3 major steps. cut the whole for the Tuner that has the PRESYS OUT BOARD PREAMP. The pickup under bridge, the replacement bridge is Natural Material High Quality and the 1/4 “ jack at tail of the neck. It comes with user guid and was 200$ just for PRESYS OUTBOARD PREAMPAMP and the bridge kit and sand paper with files to set bridge . If you are wanting to electric acoustic guitar Peramp this is one of the best I’m taking a loss at 179.99$ don’t hesitate make it yours 250$ value
