This is a 1970's Premier 12" x 15" Chrome-Over-Wood Marching Snare, “Made in England”, part of Premier’s traditional parade marching line.
Built in England during the classic red-P badge era. Premier beavertail lugs, and the original field-style snare mechanism. This snare has high-tension power and projection that Premier were known for in British military and parade work.
