This is the limited edition H500/2 Club Bass from Hofner! Made in Germany, this is a reissue which was originally introduced in 1964 as an alternative to those who wanted the very popular Violin Bass tone but without looking exactly like...you know who. The 500/2 Club Bass features a spruce top with flame maple for the body, a fully hollow body design and two Hofner pickups placed close together in the "Cavern" spacing. If you're looking for that classic Hofner low end thump, only a Hofner will do.
