I would think this would work good for DJ's too. I barely used this, never gigged and it has never been out of my home. I used it with a Quad Cortex and it worked perfectly, plenty of volume to keep up with a band if needed. Looks awesome, more like a traditional guitar cabinet than a typical FRFR speaker.
