This 1977 Alvarez Model 5021 12-String Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar is in very good condition. It does show some moderate wear from normal use over the years including some light scratching on the top and back. But overall, it is clean and free from any major dings or scratches. The previous owner installed a nice LR Baggs pickup that sounds great and makes this guitar the perfect 12-string for the stage or studio. This guitar has a good setup and plays great! The neck is straight, the action is comfortable, and the frets have plenty of life left. This guitar will come complete with a chipboard-style case as pictured.
