Champ Micro 1W Tube Amp Eyelet/Turret Board

This is an eyelet/turret board for building a small 1W tube amp modeled after the 5F1 Champ circuit. I designed this PCB based on designs by Rob Robinette (robrobinette.com) to help me assemble my first tube amp a bit easier (all the components are labeled on the board itself). I also found the turret/eyelet numbers linking to the schematic helped me a lot when assembling it!

My first tube amp sounds great and is appropriately powered for playing at home!

These boards are Rev 0. I had ordered more boards than I needed because the cost was essentially the same at time of ordering, so I'm listing some of my extra board here in case someone finds that it would help them with their own build.

I built my tube amp with this revision of the board, and it worked great! I used turrets for my build (made my own turret pressing tool), but soldering directly to the eyelets would also work fine. Just make sure to leave adequate space between the bottom of the PCB and your enclosure. While the turrets I used worked ok, I did find them to be a tad on the small side.

So, after building the amp, I made a few tweaks to the design for a Rev 0.1 board, and added a bit more silkscreen text for component values and ratings, increased turret size a bit, etc. before I forgot what I wanted to update. I likely won't order Rev 0.1 boards, since I've already built mine, but if there's interest, I'll consider ordering more.

In summary, you'll receive the board shown in the listing's photo. The PCB is 1.6mm thick. I'll provide a PDF of the schematic I used to design this PCB with an order as well.
