WSW Decca 1965 germanium desk

I’m selling an extremely rare vintage germanium console built in 1965 by the Austrian brand WSW (Siemens).
I’ve been using it for recording and summing for the past 10 years, during which it was completely restored. All electrolytic capacitors were replaced, and the console is in fully working condition. The sound is absolutely superb and delivers that soft germanium-transistor saturation.

WSW (Wiener Schwachstrom Werke) was the historic Austrian branch of Siemens that built professional audio equipment—mixing desks, preamps, compressors/EQs, and other broadcast-studio gear—mainly from the 1950s to the 1970s. The sound and build quality of WSW desks is exceptional; they are among the most sturdy, reliable, and best-sounding consoles I have ever heard.

This unit was originally ordered and used by Yugoslavian National Radio.

When I bought it, it came with one microphone preamp, five line preamps, and three summing channels. Later, I acquired an additional microphone preamp module (included in the sale and price), so you can choose to run one or two mic preamps. The only thing missing on the extra mic channel is a fader, so I added a knob as a replacement.
