The fretboard’s 12” radius makes playing first-position chords easy while ensuring that string bends don’t fret out when you play them. High-quality Grover Rotomatic tuning machines and a Graph Tech nut, paired with a fully adjustable Epiphone LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge and Stop Bar tailpiece, work together to keep the tuning stability and intonation rock-solid. The Epiphone SG Standard is equipped with a pair of Epiphone’s acclaimed ProBucker humbucking pickups that deliver all of the vintage-approved SG tones you could ask for. Each of the pickups is wired to its own individual volume and tone controls, along with a three-way toggle pickup selector switch, which lets you use either pickup alone or combine them in whatever ratio suits your mood and muse.
