These KRKs kinda work.. they cut in and out thanks to KRK‘s well-documented “black goop of death“-an adhesive that melts all over the circuitboards (as pictured). There are tutorials on how to clean it. A cap or two looks to be out on one monitor as well. These speakers will not fully function without being repaired/cleaned. Nor do they come with power cables.
The actual woofers, tweeters, and inputs/pots all function great. Enclosures are in good shape except for where a sticker was removed (Ike might’ve actually been a little more aesthetically pleasing than where we’re at now...) Anyway, good for project or for replacement parts
