This guitar was gifted to me in 1991 and I have kept it in near mint condition for the last 34 years. It is not your typical Squier. Most of the electronics have been upgraded with high quality components. Wiring has been upgraded to heavier gauge, upgraded with CTS POTS, new 5-way switch, new output jack. Neck pickup has been upgraded to a Fender Custom Texas Special and bridge pickup upgraded to a Seymore Duncan Pearly Gates. I still have the original pickups and they will be included in sale. Guitar is Korean made and has a very nice maple neck. It plays and sounds awesome, and stays in tune really well for a strat. The only reason I am getting rid of it is that I have too many guitars and don't play this one very often.
