Virtually mint condition almost no signs of playware. I put its condition as "excellent" just to be fair but if we were in person looking at this instrument together I feel we would agree that it is in mint condition.
Hardcase and case candy seen in the photos will be included in your purchase.
I did have a professional setup on this guitar but please understand that you'll want to set it up again to your preferred playing style. Also, it is dry here in the Arizona desert. Depending on your humidity and temperature that will cause its current setup to move. That being said I do store my guitars in a humidity controlled room at 45%.
