Key to the process is personalized measurement of the room and your head properties using the SoundID Binaural In-Ear Mic (sold separately) that has been built exactly for this purpose, making each measurement truly personal. SoundID Reference Virtual Monitoring PRO Upgrade provides a key to upgrade your copy of SoundID Reference to also include all features of Virtual Monitoring PRO. The digital upgrade key delivered electronically. The package comes bundled with the EREF binaural microphone for measurements.

• Any over-ear headphones
• SoundID Reference Virtual Monitoring PRO product license(s)
• Access to the room/environment to be measured (stereo)
• Supported computer: macOS 11 or above, Windows 10 or above, USB-C port with USB 3.0 (or above) support, internet connection (offline use not supported)
• Audio interface requirements during the measurement process: independent speaker and headphone outputs; set to 44.1kHz sampling rate during measurement

PLAYBACK

• Over-ear headphones that were used during measurement
• Supported computer: macOS 11 or above, Windows 10 or above, USB-C port with USB 3.0 (or above) support, internet connection (offline use not supported)
• Any sample rate from 44.1 - 196 kHz is supported during playback
• For use of simple headphone calibration or regular Virtual Monitoring functionality: Sonarworks-supported or Sonarworks individually calibrated headphones
