Overview: The Classic Custom in Black & Gold

Since the 1950s, the Les Paul Custom has been synonymous with premium aesthetics and powerful tone, earning its status as the ultimate statement in rock, blues, and jazz. This is a gorgeous example of the highly sought-after Epiphone Custom line. Manufactured in 2010 at the highly regarded Qingdao plant (Factory 15) and carrying the coveted "USA Inspected" quality control verification, this instrument is ready for the stage or studio.

The striking Ebony gloss finish provides a deep, mirror-like reflection, perfectly complemented by luxurious multi-ply cream binding and stunning gold hardware throughout. Key upgrades include factory-standard Grover Tuners (Image 3) for exceptional tuning stability and precision performance.

Condition Report: Very Good (VG)

This 14-year-old instrument is in excellent functional order. The neck is straight, the electronics (dual humbuckers, four controls) are clean, and the frets show minimal visible wear.

Cosmetically, the high-gloss Ebony finish is structurally clean but exhibits minor surface swirling and light pick marks, typical of a dark, highly reflective finish of this age. These expected signs of use are reflected in the Very Good grading. The gold hardware shows minor, natural patina/tarnish, consistent with its age. There are no major dings, chips, or binding separations.
