One KA-701, Big Gain (volume) knob, Monster Kenwood Integrated Amplifier. This Kenwood Integrated Amp is a Monster Power, Stereo Amplifier with Pure, Focused Kenwood Power and the Sound that made Kenwood famous.  You will be hard pressed to find this 46 year old Kenwood Integrated Amplifier in better condition Cosmetically or Functionally than this one you are looking at and reading about now.

In 1979-80, this Kenwood Integrated Amp was Rated at 80 watts per channel into 8Ω. However, in the past, audio technicians always underrated the output wattage of these amplifiers. This Kenwood performs closer to 120 watts per channel. Cosmetically Excellent, Not Mint but pretty close!  Well cared for throughout it's lifetime and used very sparingly. I have been running it a great deal since it was Recapped where needed, cleaned and serviced over the last 2 weeks to test it for efficacy and functionality.

And, Because I ALWAYS use the Reverb Safe Shipping when shipping, this protects both you and me, I typically lose money on shipping. In addition, I don't ship quickly or cheaply. Why sloppily throw vintage gear in Excellent condition into a box or poorly wrap it so it gets damaged in transit? 

I DO NOT DO THAT! All my items are custom packed and shipped AFTER they are purchased! I do not have any of the over 500 vintage items my family owns, Pre-boxed and ready for shipment!  

I am meticulous with my packaging, and I agonize over choosing the proper box and materials that are ideal for each unit that is sold. Boxes, especially ones that are the correct dimensions for the item at hand, are not always easy to come by. I use high quality electronics boxes especially made for shipping vintage items of this type and if one box in the proper size is unavailable, I use TWO corrugated cardboard boxes, putting one box with the unit in it INSIDE another larger box with even more packing material to fully protect the unit, and that, especially, can be costly.

So, the Price is Firm! However, the price is Negotiable if you bundle this Amplifier with the matching Kenwood KT 615 Tuner that I also have available.
