Baboon is a guitar-related accessory brand produced by Bass Shop Geek IN Box.

This product is a newly developed humidity regulator specifically for guitars.

The ideal humidity level for guitars is said to be around 50-60%, with excessive dryness and humidity having a negative effect on the guitar.

In Tokyo, the average humidity level exceeds 70°C in the summer and drops below 50°C in the winter.

If no precautions are taken, the condition of your guitar will inevitably change due to humidity.

This product absorbs moisture when the humidity is high and releases it when the humidity is low.

This controls the humidity inside the storage case and prevents the guitar's condition from deteriorating.

We've made the product a generous 70g to ensure its functionality lasts as long as possible, even when left in the case for long periods of time.

Theoretically, it can be used indefinitely, but the regulator can become clogged, so we recommend replacing it every year or so.

Instruments purchased from our store are eligible for lifetime free "string vibration setup" (normally ¥4,400). (Reservation required)

- Please present a signed warranty card.
- Only the original purchaser from a GIB or TONIQ physical store or online shop is eligible.
- Please be aware that shipping and other related expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser.

● Repurchase Price Guarantee

If you sell your instrument within six months of purchase, we will guarantee the repurchase price. This guarantee applies to 50% of the purchase price for new instruments and 70% of the purchase price for used instruments.

● Defect Guarantee

All products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment items, we will provide free repairs (and refunds only if repairs are not possible) for any malfunctions that occur during normal use within the warranty period from the date of purchase.

The warranty period is three months for used instruments and one year for new instruments.

Please note that even within the warranty period, there will be a fee for repairs in the following cases.

- Breakdowns or damage caused by transportation, moving, dropping, etc.
- Replacement of consumables.
- Breakdowns or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
- Breakdowns or damage caused by handling that violates the precautions in the instruction manual.
- Breakdowns or damage to parts repaired or modified by a party other than our company.
- If your name, model name, serial number, etc. are not written on the warranty card, or if the wording has been altered.
- If the warranty card is not presented or lost.

(Warranty only applies to purchases made within Japan.)
