Stepping into Christelle's workshop in the Pigalle district of Paris is the best way to enter the world she has patiently built. Calm, focused, and hardworking in the morning; lively, globetrotting, and musical in the afternoon. She immersed herself in instrument making in the simplest way possible: through music, to create her own instrument.

She does it in her own way, enriching her art year after year with new experiences, encounters, and influences. She first learned her craft at the CMB in Belgium with Jacky Walraet and Mich Van Sever. Then she decided to move to Andalusia, the cradle of handcrafted guitar making. She spent four years in Granada, where she honed her skills with Rolf Eichinger and Daniel Bernaert ( Daniel Bernaert's website ) and drew inspiration from the sun-drenched sounds of Spain.

Returning to Paris in 2007, she opened her workshop in Pigalle and continued her research, with the desire to constantly improve her work, to make it ever more personal. In lutherie, this involves exchanging ideas with musicians, and many have come to work their fingers to the bone in front of her workbench and play her guitars: Patrick Saussois, Lemmy Constantine, Angelo Debarre, Serge Camps, Christophe Astolfi, André Jorro, Kamlo, Hervé Christiani, Ladell McLin and so many others.

Today, Christelle makes gypsy jazz guitars, electric guitars, basses, and archtop guitars, and she constantly pursues her quest for innovation. In particular, she develops new projects with artists from other fields, such as the painter Troy Henriksen or the milliner Anton Jones, with the aim of making her guitars truly unique works of art.

As a just turn of events, Christelle, the woman of the world, now sells a growing part of her production abroad: in the United States, England, Norway, … and the exchange continues beyond borders with other musicians like Tommy Davy, Ray Bergstrom or Gildas Le Pape.

This guitar is in very good condition. It has normal wear from touring. There's a circular imprint near the bridge where a pickup used to be. There are very minor scratches and dents on the front and back. There is a small dent on the top of the headstock. This instrument has been inspected and set-up by our pro tech.
