Here's one you don't see every day! This Mercury Series dates back to the early 90s when Washburn was making some very cool electric guitars. This one sports a neat clear pickguard and HSH pickup layout - along with a floating tremolo unit that seemingly borrows design elements from an Ibanez Edge system. The neck profile is on the thin side, and was certainly designed more with shredding in mind.
It comes to us in what I would describe as fairly average shape for being 30+ years old - with some patina on metal components, and some finish imperfections under the pickguard - as well as miscellaneous dings/etc from general use. It is currently setup with a string height of around .060" at the 12th fret, and has a nice feel in the hand.
Don't miss out on this cool piece!
