Let's start with the binding issue. This era of guitars were notorious for having the binging "gas out" over the years. This was has chiped away almost all the way around the back and most of the front. I can assure you that it is still held together like a tank. Oddly enough, it sounds great. I installed a Lollar Imperial in the neck position. All electronics function perfectly. Plays like butter. This would be a grear "road guitar". Work with me and we can work out a deal. Comes with hard she'll case and original receipt.
