Up for sale is a Fender Japan ST-62 Reissue in very rare Burgundy Mist Metallic color in very good condition. This particular model and trim has long been discontinued by Fender Japan.
It features a mint green pickguard with aged pick up covers, aged control knobs.
It is Made in Japan with serial# O074XXX which dates it to being manufactured between 1997 and 2000.The guitar weights 7 lbs 12 oz.
The nut measures 42mm and the neck profile is a nice somewhat slim C shape. The frets are vintage style frets and they show little visible wear.
There are some scratches, scuff marks and nicks and dings mostly on the sides of the body but also in the front and back of the body. There are light finish cracks by the neck pocket on the both sides. The saddles shows some rust as well as some of the screws. The pick ups are Fender Texas Specials and all electronics appear to be original. The pots and pick up switch are somewhat scratchy but work without any issues. The guitar is set up with D'Addario XL (9-42) strings and tuned 1/2 step down.
Sorry but I don't have the tremolo arm since I did not get it with this guitar.
It will be shipped inside a gig bag but I will bubble wrap it really well to protect it during shipping.
