Martin 00-18 serial number age-verified. All original except tuning pegs replaced with appropriate StewMac product. Spruce (Englemann?) top with one tight split. Glued, not cleated. Mahogany back with rosewood binding all intact.
Ebony fingerboard in good shape and original bar frets also good. Neck is straight and sound.
It has some lower bout side damage (treble side). Repaired. Original nut is cracked. Original bridge has been shaved down. Needs a neck re-set. Back has some superficial splitting. One back brace has been replaced.
Overall, it will be a great guitar when complete, light as a feather. Rated "fair" condition due to scope of repairs needed. It's been kept at 45-55% humidity for at least 10 years.
