Gibson Les Paul Custom 1978 Body Husk unfinished project

This is an unfinished project body that I never got around to due to an unexpected purchase of another Gibson and finally decided to part ways with this project. This is a genuine 1978 Les Paul custom body that had a splitting and warped beyond repair maple top. A replacement top was put in place and thats the end of the progress. Still lots of work to be done with it. Reshaping the top is one of the tasks with plenty of meat on that top to get it done. Most of the shaping done is rough cut for those reasons. So again plenty of wood on that top. Other than that photos available of what it is. rest of the mohagany body seems to be a solid piece to work with.

What you see in the photo is what you will get. Selling this as is looking for a new owner and someone who will appreciate the old timers quality work put into this back in them days. Ask questions prior to committing as my sales terms final as described below:
