Hamer (USA) Monaco Bass 2007 - '59 Burst

This is rare, 2007 Hamer USA Monaco bass. The condition is outstanding. I didn't list it as "mint" because there is some tarnish on the pickup covers. There are no dents, dings, scratches or imperfections. I gave design input on this bass while I was the Genz Benz amplification product manager at Kaman Music, owner of Hamer guitars. I've included a picture of the "invoice" when I acquired it.

The pickups are Seymour Duncan "Phat Cats", single coils. They do indeed sound phat and they are quiet as well. Trivia: I named the Phat Cat series of pickups. The Hamer product manager's office was right next to mine and he asked me for name ideas.

There is ZERO fret wear and the action is nice and low. The OEM case is included as well and there are no dents, tears, nicks etc.

Body: Chambered mahogany with arched, AAAA flame maple top

Tuning machines: Schaller

Tone controls: Neck volume, bridge volume, and master tone.

Neck: Rock maple with rosewood fingerboard

Binding: Ivoroid

Weight: 8lbs 4oz

Strings: Comes with D'Addario, flat wound "Chromes" with very little play on them.
