Great shape. Vintage Guitar. Plays easy for a 12 string, but too much for my old arthritic hands. Sounds great. I have had Alvarez guitars, since I was a kid and I love the sound. This guitar was bought used for me 8 years ago. Nostalgic for me, but my hands are giving me fits. The hardshell case is in wonderful condition also.20
