We are very pleased to offer for sale this Gibson Custom Shop (Custom Art & Historic) Les Paul Ultima. The Ultima was part of Gibson’s Custom Art & Historic division, representing a masterpiece of craftsmanship featuring extensive and detailed inlay work.
Multi-ply (abalone/white) bound weight relieved mahogany body with a carved AAA grade maple top. Finished in nitrocellulose lacquer heritage cherry sunburst. Set in construction Medium C profile 1-piece mahogany neck with a12” radius Ebony fingerboard. 22 medium jumbo frets and Tree of life abalone/MOP inlay. Multi-ply bound headstock.1.687” or 1 11/16” nut width and a 24.75” overall scale length. Gold Grover Imperial tuners, Tune O Matic bridge and stop bar. Two PAF sticker 57 classic humbuckers.Usual 2 x volume and 2 x tone controls on a 3 way toggle switch. This guitar weighs 3.585Kg or 7.9Lb
In stunning condition throughout, barely played at home a few times. Comes with the original Black Custom & Historic Art case. No COA.
