For sale: a high‑end HEDD Type 20 MK2 3‑way active studio monitor. The unit has been used in a studio environment and remains fully operational. There is a slight damage to the foil in one of the tweeters (purely cosmetic; does not affect sound or performance).

Key Features:

• 3‑way design with 7″ woofer, 4″ mid driver and HEDD’s AMT (Air Motion Transformer) tweeter. 
• Powered by three 300 W ICEpower amplifiers (one for each driver) for a total of 900 W in the pair. 
• Frequency response 32 Hz to 40 kHz (‑3 dB) in the MK2 version. 
• DSP features including the HEDD Lineariser® (zero‑phase correction), CoP (Closed or Ported) mode, desk/shelf filters for room adaptation. 
• Analogue XLR & AES digital inputs and outputs. 
  

Condition:

Good – The monitor is fully functional: all inputs/outputs work, the DSP features behave correctly, drivers sound clean and undistorted in your normal operating levels. The only notable issue is a small cosmetic imperfection: the foil in the tweeter has a slight damage (visible if you look closely), but it does not affect the sound quality or the performance of the speaker. There are minor signs of use (some surface marks/small scuffs) typical for gear that’s been in use.
