We typically lean toward acoustics with “whomp” (that balanced, authoritative low end), and this guitar is a perfect example. This E20SS/v slope-shoulder dreadnought features a solid Adirondack spruce top and walnut body, and it sounds as soulful as it looks. The hand-applied, thin varnish finish offers the appearance of a vintage instrument.* It sounds like a broken-in classic now and will continue to age beautifully. 

Other features include herringbone binding on the top, a very thinly applied gloss-finish mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard and pearl diamond inlays, “firestripe” pickguard, and open-gear tuners with Waverly-style buttons. Hardshell case included. This guitar weighs 4lbs 4oz.

*The finish on this model is distressed at the factory. It has small dings and dents, intentionally designed to replicate the appearance of an older, used instrument, and each one is slightly different. We don’t try to hide these “imperfections’ in our photographs, but we also don’t shoot closeups of each one. If a distressed finish bothers you, do not order this guitar.
