The semi-hollowbody construction, in combination with the Humbucker P90 (neck position) and the Höfner humbucker (bridge position), produces a natural, powerful sound that can be customised using the two tone controls and the master volume control. Traditional 'batwing' f-holes round off the overall appearance.

The 335 size Höfner Verythin. Featuring a semi-acoustic flame maple body with solid spruce centre block, rosewood fingerboard with classic Höfner clay dots, two full size humbucking pick-ups and four control layout with 3 way switch. Sunburst finish (SB) with nickel hardware.
Based on the original classic Hofner Verythin guitar body shape from 1960 with the body depth of only 1.25 inches. The Hofner Verythin was extremely popular with groups during the 1960s beat boom era. The Hofner Verythin CT not only captures that unique 60s sound but also has the ability to produce tones ranging from deep gutsy blues through to cutting distorted rock. This model is finished Sunburst, Fitted with a centre spruce block in the body to produce more sustain, deeper tones and less feedback you'll find this Hofner Verythin is a guitar that delivers full on style, tone and playability.

All the little ingredients of the CT Series Verythin guitars add up to quite a package. Start with the trademark thin and semi-hollow body. Nice and light and superbly balanced. You get a touch of the fat sound of a hollow body but with added sustain of the solid spruce center and glued in neck. The twin humbucking pickups can nail just about any tone you might be chasing, from warm blues and jazz to cutting rock tones. The necks have a comfortable medium profile that most players will be right at home on. It's hard to deny the looks of this Verythin. This edition comes with a Sunburst finish, tunermatic bridge and stop tailpiece.
