Comes with the desktop stand (will require assembly - pretty easy), USB cable, and wind screen (which I secure with a black rubber band). The microphone works flawlessly and can be secured to a boom arm (which is why I took it off the desktop stand). A really wonderful device for streaming especially given the DSP, connectivity, and loopback functionality.
