Roland TR-909 Drum Machine – Fully Serviced, Excellent Working Condition

Up for sale is a Roland TR-909 Rhythm Composer in very good condition — fully functional and recently professionally serviced by SynthsWhen Inc. in Toronto.

TR-909 that has been validated end-to-end, tests clean across all controls and I/O, and performs exactly as it should. The unit sounds fantastic and performs great.

Service Details

Complete internal cleaning and maintenance done

New ground wire installed

New 3-prong IEC AC jack installed (includes power cord)

Replaced IC socket

New backup batteries installed

Cleaned and play-tested after reassembly

All I/O jacks fully tested and working perfectly

Cosmetic Condition :

Swapped in brand-new volume and tempo knobs to give the front panel a cleaner, more uniform look

Overall, the unit is in very good and clean cosmetic shape. Minor trivial cosmetic scratches may be found around the unit as displayed on the picture.

Minor bump on the right corner - purely cosmetic (Kindly view picture).

Note: There are some pinkish stains on the bottom front and underside caused by fabric dye transfer from a red pillowcase used by the previous owner as cushioning when storing the unit in a road case. Cleaning attempts were made carefully to avoid damaging the paint, but the stains remain faintly visible. (Please view pictures.)
