The ESP LTD Truckster Black Satin's electric tone conversion is handled by the active humbuckers of the EMG JH “Het” Set, which was developed in close collaboration with James Hetfield and combines the tonal transparency of active pickups with the organic dynamics of passive pickups. The bridge pickup promises assertive sounds even with rich distortion, presenting riffs with present mids and crisp attack, while the neck pickup's warm articulation provides the perfect foundation for sparkling arpeggios and singing lead lines.

Indestructible hardware
The ESP LTD Truckster Satin Black is rounded off by indestructible hardware. The strings are guided over the body via a TonePros T3BT Tune-O-Matic bridge, which can be locked onto its retaining bolts, contributing to the precise tone development of the electric guitar. The strings are held in place at the headstock by LTD locking tuners, which guarantee long-lasting, precise tuning and make changing strings a breeze.
