Used Revive Audio Modified Digidesign 192 I/O HD channel converter that comes complete with a full Analog path modification for all 2 - eight channels of +4 analog input and all outputs using high performance Burr Brown Amplifiers as well as our converter modifications and a Time Square Clock upgrade! This upgrade is incredible and sound better than the newer HD I/O by a significant amount.

"It has been a few weeks since receiving the modded Digi 192 and I am writing to say I absolutely love it. On playback, there is so much more definition in the transients and throughout the waveform. This makes the depth of field much better and has made mixing more enjoyable for my clients and me. We immediately noticed a clarity improvement in the bass and high end. Through time, I have noticed the clarity and improved detail in the mids as well. Every instrument and vocal sounds better through these D-A converters.

Also, the Revive Audio modded A-D inputs are super clear and I feel on a quality par with my Lavry Blue. Either one of these A-Ds sound great.

The results are stunning and when put up against our competitor's unit we are proud to say ours won out as being fuller with a lot better top end response.

The 192 uses a number of dynamic sensing (current) opamps that are upgraded for the absolute maximum fidelity in the audio path on the analog side input. They sound clear, warm and full with a very flat response curve for accurate audio capture.

This Digidesign HD interface has our Burr Brown input stage modification using Burr Brown High performance opamps, coupling and De-coupling thruout as well as converter de-coupling and has that wonderful Apogee sound which is warm and round while remaining detailed.

The output stages are equally modified only using Burr Brown ultra low noise, saturation opamps for the flattest response possible. Coupling and decoupling in both the converter and analog stages are done here as well for excellent monitoring or running out to hardware.

Then finally we perform a power supply modification for maximum bandwidth and headroom. The converters with the modifications sound excellent and easily as good as interfaces costing twice as much.

These cool converters offer eight channels of analog input and output as well as another Eight channels of Optical in both directions (16 channels!) and AES/EBU.

With the modifications we get a lot more bandwidth, lower noise, cleaner and larger audio with a lot more headroom.
The modifications really help to see inside the mix with excellent detail.

Overall musicality is improved significantly and the audio image becomes a clear, smooth and well defined just like you would expect from a Revive Audio modified piece.
