This 1963 Duo Sonic is nearly all-original. the finish, tuners, pickups, potentiometers, capacitors, pickguard, case are original and just as the guitar came from Fender in 1963.
A few modifications/repairs
1. The bridge pickup was rewound by Jim Rolph in 2023 who specializes in vintage accurate rewinds.
2. New nut
3. ground wire and a little bit of shielding added inside going to the bridge
This guitar plays perfectly and is strung with 12 guage strings.
Original case included! The case is missing its handle.
