This is a frame with knobs, switches, Daven attenuators, and VU meters from a 1950s Altec mono mixer, modified for stereo with the addition of a second meter. It is as-is for parts, I own two of these and now only need one. it’s a beautiful starting place for making a vintage tube mixing desk.
