Hot rod, custom blue Hybrid Telecaster style guitar, Floyd rose, coil split

For sale is a hot rodded, custom hybrid telecaster style guitar, telecaster body shape, with strat control cavity and CNC’d arm/belly cuts

Custom made ash body, several layers of stain, multiple coats of matte 2k automotive clearcoat. I burn the grain so it is very pronounced under the stain, every single guitar is unique. I am a player and I set these up for standing and sitting. The finish wraps into the grain in a very cool way.

Because I like high output pickups, I went with the GFS Crunchy Rail set, with a KWIK plug coil splitting harness… Resistance is Bridge – 16.2k / neck – 10.4k. I love the crunch and sustain they get with little to no volume, even through headphones. The ash body helps with that too.

To get the most out of them I have a kwik plug 3 position switching harness with a coil splitting tone control.

Positions are:  

1. Neck humbucker

2. Bridge and neck

3. Bridge humbucker

I also have wired in a red ‘kill switch’ with a momentary push button, perfect for that ‘stutter sound’

I used a Floyd Rose Special vibe RED anodized double locking tremolo with matching R3 nut.

A Warmoth 10-16" compound radius maple neck, with a maple fretboard, is easy to play and I have strung it with a 10-46 EB slinky set. I have the action set low (just where it doesn't buzz), so you may need to perform a minor adjustment for your playing.

This is designed to be an all around fast playing blues/rock or metal guitar.

As you can see from the photos, this has a great “WOW FACTOR”. It’s very pretty with contrasting hardware/neck/body colors.

I always use elliptical strap pins, that lock in the end of the strap when in standing position.

Again, I always include a padded gig bag, a strap, and some of my shop logo picks in a screw top tin..

I will ship UPS ground insured for the full amount in a heavy duty, guitar specific, box to the lower 48 states, for AK or HI, ask me about shipping. Helps with veteran suicide prevention.

Don't know if you are still on this site but just wanted to say thanks again for the custom strat. She gets plenty of use and is my main go to player. I might have better "case queens" but that strat just flat out rocks. I use it at all my gigs. Peace!

Super great seller! This is a smart take on the classic Esquire formula: push-style knob gets you the treble-centric tones, and also a terrific humbucker flavor that is not muddy like Esquires can be. I would say this is instantly one of my favorite guitars! Hope to deal with you again.
