Gibson 100% original "Century of Progress" neck 14 frets, circa 1935.
Award yourself with the opportunity to create a guitar with this original mid-1930's 14 fret Gibson Century of Progress neck. The celluloid fingerboard, headstock overlay, and truss rod cover on this neck are as photographed in totally original condition.
The back of the slender and solid 'V' neck has been painted in red enamel from a previous owner's project. The back of the headstock has been lightly sanded, the Gibson "Made in The USA" stamp is easily readable. The truss rod turns without hesitation. The heel will need reconstruction, but the fingerboard extension is in excellent condition.
Supercool project if you have a nice acoustic body.
