This 1998 Fender American Vintage '57 Reissue Stratocaster plays and sounds great! The guitar is comprised of an alder body, "C" shape maple neck, and maple fretboard. The sunburst finish has aged nicely over time, consistent with what you would expect of a vintage Stratocaster. 

This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with some additional wear along the back of the neck and small dings on the headstock. There's also a small finish chip located on the lower side of the body. The frets are used and have started to flatten out from over time but otherwise still play great without any noticeable fret buzz. The electronics work as they should. 

The tremolo arm and back spring cover have been replaced, otherwise this guitar appears to be original.
