An improved three-piece chassis helps reduce mechanical resonance, and the J-shaped tonearm improves tracking. The integrated cartridge is an AT-VM95 dual MM equipped with a replaceable/upgradable VMN95C conical stylus. The AT-LP70X plays both 33-1/3 and 45 rpm records. And with the built-in switchable phono preamp, it can be connected directly to a home stereo, powered speakers, and other components, whether there is a dedicated phono input or not.
