This is a Gibson TB-00 tenor banjo from the early 1950's. The serial # is 6-5712-52. All original. Tailpiece changed, but the original one is in case (see photos). Very desirable one piece flange. Brass tone ring (see photos of both). Head is good. The neck is straight and the action good. Brazilian rosewood fingerboard and frets are in good condition. One dot inlay missing. Hang tags. Original brown alligator case. Will need new strings and a setup. Thanks for looking and best of luck!
