This 1985 Ibanez RB650 Roadstar II Bass in Vintage White is a beautiful example of Japanese precision from the FujiGen Gakki golden era. Made in September 1985 (Serial: I852729), this model features the classic PJ pickup configuration, combining the punch of a Precision Bass with the clarity of a Jazz Bass. Known for its reliability and smooth playability, the RB650 remains one of the most respected vintage Ibanez basses from the 1980s.
Built with a solid basswood body and a fast maple neck with maple fretboard, it offers tight low-end response, balanced mids, and excellent articulation. The original Ibanez Super P5 and J5 pickups deliver warm, full-range tones suitable for studio and stage. This is a serious player’s bass with authentic vintage vibe and character.
