The switch cover is solid metal, cast in a high quality lead free pewter. It's clear coated with a laquer to keep it nice and shinny. The inside diameter of the center hole is just a 14mm, so just over 1/2 inch. It Will fit guitars that have some type of toggle switch cover or those thin toggle switch metal washers that are under the switches nut against the guitars body. Which is pretty much any guitar with a 3-way toggle switch. The skull cover comes with 4 small black screws and the screw holes are already in place on the cover. The screws fit in the cover's holes flat & flush with the cover so that they don't stick out at all. I would recommend using the 4 screws on any guitar to keep the cover from rotating around and scratching your guitar where the skull parts stick out.
