A very rare novelty from saxophone history! This plastic-covered metal mouthpiece features a screw at the end. Rather than slide onto a cork, it's meant to be screwed onto a metal tube that you solder to end the of your neck (see pic for details.) This was apparently conceived to compete with Conn's microtuner alto necks. Weird! Has some deep toothmarks on the back.
