It had a small break in the headstock as shown in the photos, likely from shipping and glue was injected and clamped so repaired and ready, and the CoA booklet is missing, but other than that and some light scuffs in the binding and handling scratches, it's still in very good condition and comes in the original hardshell case with the case candy, so get this while it's here!
