These are more fun than you would ever expect, if you haven't played one yet. We're fans of these, and actively seek them out. Dozens of Casio Digital Guitars have passed through our hands, and they never get old. We still grin the exact same, every single time. This one is a DG-7, which is the light grey Japanese-market-only version of the DG1 that was sold here in the US. It has some wear and tear, but no signs of abuse. All buttons, switches, jacks and knobs work as they should. We've adjusted the string tension to our preferred specs.... the tracking on these isn't perfect and there is a little bit of a learning curve required for getting used to playing cleanly. All of the strings are the same diameter, and they're nylon, and the fretboard is rubberized, so it does not feel like an electric guitar. It plays the same as one... all chords and scales are in the right place. This model runs on 6x AA batteries, or an optional power supply (not included). There are no modifications and no changed parts, and the built-in speaker sounds great!

Look up Billy Strings melting on one of these live! :)
