Top control plate labeled "ODR-1".
Circuit board labeled "OVERDRIVE-1 ODR-1".
Unit is missing original battery cover...replacement battery cover is a flat piece of black plastic.
The two screws holding the pedal on have been replaced with two stainless-steel screws.
Label on back of unit is missing.
