With the acoustic 6-string dread cutaway body style, and the clear deep overtone sounds of the strings, this instrument definitely holds a candle of comparison to the Taylor and Martin guitar’s.

The instrument was designed and built in June of 2012,  for a six to twelve month completion time. It has never had an owner (only the builder) and has been nicely packed away in storage. This guitar has been played inside home, and there are a few blemishes you’ll notice in the photo’s.  Itwill sell as a used instrument in excellent condition, with a nice picture sequence of fifteen photo’s.

David Maupin is a uniquely talented master craftsman (luthier) who designs, builds, and repairs guitar’s. He has been creating beautiful instruments for twelve plus years, like i.e., acoustic, bass, electric, and classical guitars. I’ll be selling the remaining inventory here on Reverb.com…

The Top and Soundboard are made from an aged “Cedar Wood” – the Sides and Ribs are made from a nice “Cherry Wood” – the back is “Walnut” – and the Neck, Head, and Heal are made from a 100 year old piece of Mahogany Wood (taken from an old hunter boat rail). The bridge and fingerboard are made from an Indian Rosewood, the Rosette is nicely Inlayed, with the Nut and Saddle being made of a series bone, with Gotoh Magnum Lock Traditional (3x3) Tuners…
