1990 Rickenbacker 370-12 McGuinn ("overrun"?)
One of the cooler 12 strings (or Rickenbackers!) ever. Black, 3 toaster pickups in the right places (21 frets vs the bunched pickups on a 24 fret one). Modded by Mark Arnquist (IYKYK) to have correct string spacing on the nut, the fifth knob is now middle pickup volume, and the two output jacks are "vintage" and normal. (I can look up the exact details if important).

Includes original wiring harness if you want to switch the wiring back (but I wouldn’t personally) as well as original strap pegs. Currently strung with Thomastik-Infeld flats.

Condition: finish checking, a couple nicks, slight discoloration on part of checkerboard (!) binding at heel, tiny paint chip at heel. Photos are pretty dusty. Sorry!

This was my dream 12 string for years, and I've had it for 10 years (exactly, as of last Sunday!) but I’m just not playing 12 string in our current direction and I have a decent (albeit way less cool) 330-12 for when I do.
Comes with original case. With case candy (manuals, cloth, catalog, and warranty card for a different guitar?!) but no certificate or signature on the pickguard. A bit of a head-scratcher: It has the same specs and vintage bling (fin inlays, lighter rosewood, better neck profile, checker binding, plexi truss rod cover, Schaller tuners) as the McGuinn.

I’ve suspected it was one of the maybe 3-5 “overrun” McGuinn models that they made in case of warranty repairs or some such thing. Or one of the ones without the compression circuit that someone decided to have less Byrds-blyng (tm). Cool in either case.

Shipping costs are estimated. I’ll pack it up and weigh everything to get a more precise quote.
