Gorgeous neck-through Thunderbird. Not a cheaper bolt-on or set neck. Subtle transparent black finish lets a little of the beautiful woodgrain show. Looks amazing, especially the multi-piece neck-through center construction. Fully setup. Neck is straight with slight relief. Frets are full of life. Action is low and smooth. Electronics work perfectly. Still has factory plastic on the rear cavity cover and tuners and factory stickers on the backside of the headstock. This plays better and stays in-tune better than Gibsons I've played due to the 5-piece neck-through construction.
The strap button was put on the horn/shoulder and I've considered moving it to the back for better balance, so I filled the hole, but it can easily be put back, or I can move it to the back like most Thunderbirds. Just let me know what you prefer.
