CONCERT TOMS ARE BACK, BABY! Late 1970s Tama Imperialstar 14" Concert Tom. I believe the color is Hairline Chrome, but I could be wrong. I also have the matching 13" tom.
I reglued the wrap at the seam, and it's rock solid now. All original Tama era correct hardware. Comes with a used Evans G1 head.
She's not perfect, but this drum sounds awesome and thuddy, and is ready for your 70s recording setups. The bearing edge is perfect. Two extra holes were drilled at the mount, but they are completely hidden by the mount outside. see pics.
Tama Imperialstar drums were made from Lauan, or Meranti, and were Zola coated through most of the 80s, like this one.
